Co-founded Global Detailing and Designing and positioned as Vice President, Anjan has been instrumental in transforming Global Detailing and Designing into INDIA’s 1000 MSME listed company. Anjan has spent time working on projects in a variety of sectors, some of which include residential and industrial structures. He is also responsible for Finance, Legal, IT, and the Strategic Project Office. Anjan is also actively involved and working as director for IT Company. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from University of Wales, Bangor.

Ashish joined Global Detailing and Designing in the same year where he leads the execution of the marketing strategy and business development processes. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Ashish has gained extensive experience in the taking care of a wide variety of Industrial and Commercial steel structures, PIPING and MEP Jobs. He enjoys solving the unique challenges that each project presents and strives to make it a successful project for the entire team. He is passionate about creating and building meaningful, lasting relationships within Global Detailing and Designing, with clients through his constant desire to put people first and to challenge the status quo.

Dharman builds high-end thought leadership events for Global’s clients, experts, and core team, centred around topics like the Future of Work and the Talent Economy. Dharman works with engineering team to create and refine the infrastructure needed to efficiently deliver QUALITY OUTPUT at scale. He specializes in candidate experience, networking, and increasing workplace brand exposure, as well as in building the forecasting processes necessary to support rapid growth. Dharman also holds degree in electrical engineering and used to work for Indian Railway prior joining Global Detailing & Designing.
